Arthur Kenneth Vanderwall

An upper-class Dutch-American boy. He is a small and profitable businessman who makes money from anything. Every time an opportunity arises, he takes advantage of it and extorts money from everyone else. He is cunning, intelligent and cynical, but his plans always fail. At the same time, he is very bashful, being very ashamed to change his clothes with the other classmates in a camp.
